Over the years,the issues related to agriculture,rural areas,and farmers have been the focus of national attention.The "Rural Revitalization Promotion Law of the People’s Republic of China" promulgated on April 29,2021,and the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Doing a Good Job in the Key Work of Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization in 2022" issued on January 4,2022 all emphasize the need to persistently make solving the issues related to agriculture,rural areas,and farmers a top priority in the work of the entire Party,and to leverage the efforts of the entire Party and society to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,Accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Human resources are the primary resource,and the revitalization of rural talents is the guarantee for the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,the "Rural Revitalization Strategic Plan(2018-2022)" mentions stimulating the vitality of rural innovation and entrepreneurship,and accelerating the construction of rural professional talent teams.Rural college students have accumulated profound professional knowledge and advanced technological capabilities.In the context of the era of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",it is important to guide and promote more rural college students to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship,introduce talents for rural revitalization,and provide intellectual support with enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and love for their hometown.However,in recent years,the total number of college students returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship has been relatively small.What factors affect the willingness of rural college students to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship is a topic worth studying.The research objective of this article is to take the Chongqing region as an example to study the influencing factors of Chongqing students’ willingness to return home for entrepreneurship in universities in Chongqing,identify the significant factors that have a significant impact on their willingness to return home for entrepreneurship,provide policy recommendations for various levels of government in Chongqing to attract and support college students’ return home for entrepreneurship,provide more intellectual support for the coordinated development of urban and rural areas in Chongqing,and build beautiful rural areas.The main content is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction,which elaborates on the research background and significance of this article,uses literature analysis to sort out the current research status in this field at home and abroad,and clarifies the research ideas;The second part is the definition of concepts and analysis of relevant theoretical foundations.It defines the willingness of rural college students in Chongqing to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship,and elaborates on basic theories such as "push pull" theory,demand hierarchy theory,achievement demand theory,and social support theory;The third part is the research and design of factors influencing the willingness of rural college students in Chongqing to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship.The main tasks are model construction and variable selection,and questionnaire design and survey are conducted using questionnaire survey method;The fourth part uses empirical analysis method and SPSS software to empirically analyze the influencing factors of Chongqing rural college students’ willingness to return home for entrepreneurship;The fifth part mainly summarizes the research conclusions and proposes policy recommendations for relevant departments in Chongqing to encourage rural college students to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship.This article analyzes the push pull theory,hierarchy of needs theory,achievement needs theory,and social support theory,and comprehensively analyzes all influencing factors that may affect the willingness of rural college students in Chongqing to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship from subjective to objective,from their place of study to their hometown,and from their families to society.Combined with the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the influencing factors of college students’ return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship,A system of 15 important factors,including personal factors,family factors,educational factors,and environmental factors,was proposed to influence the willingness of rural college students in Chongqing to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship.The positive significance of the 15 important factors was verified,and their importance was analyzed.Through research,the following conclusions can be drawn: from the perspective of internal factors that affect entrepreneurial willingness,individual internal factors significantly affect college students’ willingness to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship.College students with abundant social resources,market insight,love for rural life,entrepreneurial dreams,and strong achievement motivation have a stronger willingness to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship;From the analysis of externality factors,the household registration,family economic situation,the opening of management professional courses,the state and venture capital fund support,rural infrastructure,rural social security,and the convenience of rural life have a greater impact on the willingness to return home to start a business.Based on the characteristics of rural college students in Chongqing and the experience of promoting homecoming entrepreneurship policies at home and abroad,this article proposes four policy recommendations: reasonable career planning,improving the publicity and education system,enriching entrepreneurial financing channels,and creating a good entrepreneurial environment. |
