A Experiment Study On Sport League Teaching Model In Female College Students Volleyball Optional Sport Teaching

Since the Ministry of Education issued the teaching references of physical education in colleges in whole country in august, 2002, all the universities and colleges began the reform of physical education curriculum, and optional sport teaching was in the upsurge. In theories, optional sport teaching follows the features of students, respects the students' sports interesting and needs, makes the college students have the right and chance to choose studying items and displays the democratic ideas, therefore, it is a great progress in physical education and will change the form of physical education teaching. However, through studying the famous "sports club teaching" of East China University, the optional sport teaching of East China Normal University, and the finest P E curriculum of Shanghai Jiaotong University , Fudan University and Tongji University, the author deems that optional sport teaching now don't achieve what we hoped before., what the students only have gotten is the right to choose sports item. For students , they were just asked from learning more item's basic technologies to learning one item's more basic technologies; for teachers, they were just asked from teaching more item's basic technologies to teaching one item's more basic technologies. The teaching model, means, teaching management, teaching evaluation, and so on , don't have any change. So, the author think the optional sport teaching now only walk out one step, which just point out the direction of the reform of college P E curriculum, the key second step will turn to research teaching model in the optional sport teaching idea.According to the idea of optional sport teaching, using for reference of movement education model, sport education model, group teaching model, this study put out a new model named "sport league education model" for collectivity sport, which short name is "class league". In this model, all the P E classes of a term are a season, students are divided into some fixed teams, circle competition is the mostly learning way, arrangement, instruction, harmony are the mostly teaching means, students learn each other in teams , students compete each other among teams.Through a term's teaching experimentation, literature study, questionnaire, numeral Stat analyzed to demonstrate the model, the process and result of this experimentation show that students love the model, students' interesting to learn sport and P E class are developed effectively, students didn't get more progresses in single technology study but well in handling colligation technology, at the same time this model could develop students' multiple intelligence and society attribution, hasten students' body and mind healthily.
