This study mainly explores the difference between "sports education mode" and "traditional sports teaching mode" on the "emotional experience" of basketball elective students.The hope is to provide practical and theoretical basis for later research on the influence of "sports education mode" on students' "emotional experience".This research mainly USES the experimental method,the literature material method,the scale evaluation method and the mathematical statistics method.The experimental method is the most important research method.The control group(35 people)and the experimental group(35 people)experienced a total of 16 classes of basketball elective teaching experiment for 8 weeks.The control group used the "traditional sports teaching mode" for teaching,and the experimental group used the "sports education mode" for teaching.1.After the teaching experiment,the emotional state of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.Specifically,the experimental group of emotional disorder(TMD)is lower than the control group;There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.Anger dimension had negative effects on both groups,and there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.Fatigue dimension had negative effects in both groups,fatigue in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group.Depression dimension had positive effects on the experimental group and negative effects on the control group.The effect of energy dimension on the experimental group was positive,but not significant in the control group.Flustered dimension of the experimental group had a positive effect,the control group had no significant effect;The two groups had positive effects on self-esteem dimension,and the positive effects of the experimental group were better than those of the control group.2.After the teaching experiment,the positive and negative emotions in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group.Specifically,the positive emotional dimension of the experimental group had a positive impact,the control group had little impact;The negative dimension of the experimental group produced relief,the control group produced a negative impact.In Beijing sports college basketball elective course,the "sports education model" of students "emotional experience" effect is better than the "traditional sports teaching mode",the psychological benefit of play basketball class has a good meaning,combining previous research "sports education model" basketball classroom for students to good effect,strength and measure recommended the higher sports colleges and universities use this mode in basketball elective course.
