In order to conform to the new era of college physical education curriculum teaching reform,cultivate students' comprehensive development,establish lifelong sport awareness.This paper intends to explore a new teaching model and introduce sport education model into college tennis optional courses,so that students can experience real sport scenes,improve practice efficiency,have an in-depth understanding of tennis sport culture,enjoy the fun of cooperative learning,and improve students' sport ability and learning enthusiasm.Thus make up for the traditional physical education model only focus on students' technical learning,ignoring the lack of students' emotional needs.Research methods: this paper mainly adopts the teaching experiment method,taking the sophomore students of Zhejiang Financial college as the experimental object,the control class adopts the traditional physical education model,and the experimental class adopts the sport education model.By comparing the data of various indicators of the experimental group and the control group,the teaching effect of the sport education model was verified,and the practical value of the sport education model in the physical education classes of colleges and universities was demonstrated,which provided new ideas for the reform of college physical education curriculum in China.Drawing conclusions:1.Both traditional sport teaching model and sport education model can effectively improve students' special physical quality of tennis.sport education model has more significant teaching effect in improving students' sensitive quality.2.Both sport education model and traditional sports teaching model can effectively improve students' tennis skills.There is no significant difference in the result of reaching the standard of basic tennis skills,but in the evaluation of basic tennis skills and the application of comprehensive skills,the teaching effect of sports education mode is better.3.Both the sport education model and the traditional physical education model have no significant effect on students' healthy behaviors in the process of experimental teaching.On the one hand,it may be because the experiment time is too short,and the change of healthy behavior needs a long time to accumulate.4.Under the sports education mode,there are significant differences in students' cooperative spirit and affection,and the teaching effect is significant,while the traditional sports teaching mode plays a general role.sport education model is helpful to improve students' cooperative spirit,cultivate students' sense of teamwork and enhance their sense of collective honor.5.Under the model of sports education,there are significant differences in the dimensions of active interest,independent inquiry,sports concern and sports participation of students in tennis,with significant teaching effects,while the traditional sports teaching model plays a general role.It shows that sport education model is helpful to improve students' interest in tennis learning and mobilize their enthusiasm in tennis learning.
