Research On The Development Of Sport Club Teaching Model In College In Zhejiang Province

The earlier sport teaching model of colleges and universities in our country was sticked in the mud, and it couldn't integrate well with the study of students. Therefore, the students'interesting and their personality development were much limited. Form 90s of last century, the sport organizational form of colleges and universities changed gradually, which was influenced by foreign outdoor exercises, fun sports, people's lifetime sports and management system of sport in foreign colleges or universities. And the study on sport club teaching moded as a mark of the innovation of higher education had been sprouting, on which was payed much attention by scholars. The sport club teaching model which was tightly associated with the whole change of higher education appeared diversity and complication. However, many researches about it were theoretical and less of solid evidences. In this context, 10 colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province were researched as solid evidences of sport club teaching model in order to give some references to the development of higher education in our country.Thus, a scientific questionnaire was drafted based on a large amount of research materials. The contents of the questionnaire were with regard to many aspects about the development of sport club teaching model, such as, self-directed learning of students, convertion of education model, construction of supporting facilities and so on.It was found that most of colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province have accepted and applied the new sport club teaching model. Moreover, it has gotten some positive effects. The formations of sport club teaching model have appeared diversity, which have favourable effects on the increasing of self-directed learning of students and arousing their interesting. Additionally, it is propitious to the formation of people's lifetime sports. There are several problems, however, needed to resolve. The composition of teachers of sport club should be optimezed, courses offering are not enough, the outlay of sport club is insufficient and facilities become old or damaged.We give some advices for these reasons. Firstly, it need to hire or train many talented person in order to improve the mixed-ability of teachers. Secondly, more interesting courses should be offered to students. Finally, it should raise fund for the construction of supporting facilities.
