Theoretical Research On Intruducting The Sport Education Model To University Sports Selective Course

Sport education model, which is a bridge of theoretical basis of sports and teaching practice, plays a very important role in the system of sports teaching. Learn from some advanced teaching experience abroad, combining with the actual situation of our colleges and universities PE teaching, the reform of PE teaching in colleges and universities will obtain better results.Sport education model is a curriculum and instructional model, which first described by the famous contemporary physical educator Siedentop. After 20 years of practice and constant improvement, it has become more mature and it also has a profound respect for its sports curriculum and teaching model by western developed countries. But it is still a virgin land for our school sports education. In view of this, through analyzing the sport education model, we can understand of the characteristics of sport education model better and provide multiple references for our reform of PE curriculum in this new century.The paper is based on basic theory of the teaching model, and it analyze the sport educational model and the characteristics of Chinese traditional sports teaching model, combining with our sports teaching ideas and practical teaching. Meanwhile, it is guided by the"Skeleton of National Universities Sports curriculum and teaching guide"by the Ministry Education. Through the study of the meaning, purpose, objectives, content and characteristics of sport education model, it can reveal its characteristics and inadequate. Combining the characteristics of ideas of our colleges and universities PE teaching and selective course, it can analyze the introduction of the educational model of sport's feasibility and necessity rationally.The paper will have a theoretical analysis, the introduction of sport education model for PE selective course of our colleges and universities, with a basis of application system theory, philosophy, pedagogy and psychology theory, and build a suitable educational model of sport for our colleges and universities PE teaching. The paper will also provide the necessary conditions for the reasonable introduction. The aim of the paper is to provide a theoretical reference for our reform of the PE teaching.
