The Application Of TBLT Mode For Oral Classes In Vocational Schools

This paper examines relative Task-Based Learning theories by discussing the meaning of a task and studying the research and development of Task-Based Learning theories, oral task designing principles and its types.This paper closely looks into the factors which affect vocational school students' oral ability based on questionnaires for English teachers and students in Nanjing. This paper discusses the application of TBLT to the actual teaching in oral classes in Longtan Vocational School of Nanjing and shows the examples of the oral classes in TBLT and makes suggestions on the improvement in oral teaching.
