In the practice and theoretical research of education, the educational ideas of the masses are often neglected. In fact, the educational ideas of the masses, just like that of the outstanding persons and power owners (the government), not only determine educational practice in the society, but also are one of the important ideaistic resources and objects in pedagogy.
