With the process of developing China-specialized Socialism entering a new era,the main social contradictions have turned into contradictions between the people's growing needs for a better life and the unbalanced economic development.This judgment reflects the improvement of China's social progress and development level,since,in the past,the points of interest is about existence regardless the quality.This puts forward higher requirements for basic education in ethnic areas.Primary education is the foundation for the rejuvenation of the country through science and education.Basic education in ethnic areas is a solid foundation for the coordinated development of the eastern and western regions.Nowadays,schools of all levels and at all levels in ethnic areas are constantly improving,and the conditions for running schools have been greatly improved.However,the quality of education is relatively backward,and the achievements of students are generally not high.There are many aspects,one of which is the “ deviation ” of the value orientation of education.Reasonable educational value orientation should have an objective and accurate understanding of the role of education,a correct understanding of the individual's own true interests and needs,and a clear judgment on the relationship between individual needs and social needs.With reference to standards,education must serve the socialist modernization drive,and must be combined with productive labor to cultivate successors in the socialist cause of all-round development in moral,intellectual,and physical development.However,in some areas,due to the lack of correct cognitive education value orientation,the development of education is biased.The “deviation”phenomenon of the educational value orientation of the “Jing Three Islands” area in Guangxi is a concentrated expression of this problem.education in ethnic areas has caused the deviation of the value orientation of basic education.Through the empirical research on the Dongxing Jing community in Guangxi,the region is not only a national area,but also a coastal area,representing the national image and possessing special research value.In view of the deviation of educational value orientation in the region,the students,teachers,principals and parents of students in several local schoolsconducted participatory observations and interviews.The study discovered that the deviation of local education value orientation is not solely due to the absence of "people" during the implementation of education and administrators.people-oriented education is the solution to this problem.These attributions were failed to be integrated from both "subject scale" and "subject needs".The need is not the whole body of scale,and other aspects of the subject that exceeds the need and restricts the need must be considered as well.Value exists in all human activities.With local geographical advantages along the border and coastal areas,the benefits of business activities that obtain economic value are more direct and time-sensitive,the economic function of education has the characteristics of hidden and long-term rewards.Under such a social circumstance,it is natural to adhere to the mis-educational values that focus on commerce while underestimate the importance of academic,which leads to the deviation of the value orientation of basic education in the area.The economic foundation of policy and border trade development is not solid.Through the analysis of the reasons for the "deviation" of the educational value orientation of the "Beijing Three Islands" area in Guangxi,it is found that under the guidance of the rational education value orientation,It is reasonable to start from the subjective scale of human beings and recognize the important role of education in human development.From a policy perspective,a sustainable stance,a form of cooperation between home and school,a useful propaganda for reading,and a sense of respecting for teachers,and other aspects would correct the deviation of the value orientation of basic education in the region,and adopting comprehensive reflection and comprehensive management methods can effectively solve the problem of “deviation” of the value orientation of local education,thereby improving the quality of local basic education and promoting the long-term development of local people and society.
