In 21st century, Private higher education will develop in chance and challenge. One of the exigent problems facing the Chinese Private higher education today is how to extend the pathes of raising fund , increase the using efficiency of resource and then how to make them exert their profound function in improving the commonwealth quality and prompting the development of society in China. This article mainly discusses the investing benefit of improving the Private higher education . Main content:1. This paper expatiates on the conception and characters of the investing benefit of Private higher education and analyzes the theoretical foundation of it.2. This paper analyzes the essential factors of the investing benefit of Private higher education, which include pathes of raising money, outlay investment., cost sharing, income and so forth.3. Based on the developing situation of China and foreign countries' private higher education, this paper compares and analyzes the using rate of the outlay between China and foreign countries' private higher education. At the same time it concludes the urging problems of Chinese Private higher education in the using of resources.4. According to the analytical method of educational economics, this paper analyzes the using rate of the investing benefit of Private higher education from the microcosmic and the macrocosmic point of view. Then it analyzes the cost of education, channel of fund raising and the index of investing benefits Evaluation in detail.5. Based on the foundation of analyzing so many problems of the investing benefit of Private higher education in China, this paper brings the way and tactics in several aspects ,such as scale of Private higher education, structure of educational investment ,some other management systems and so on.
