The development of the future society need quality comprehensive talents, the social demand for education workers to pay attention to cultivate all-round development of students.However in the student group will students learning difficulties, difficulties will inevitably hinder their healthy development, will also affect the national comprehensive overall quality, affect the future of education, which affects the development of the country.So you need to pay attention to the poor student’s all-round development.Intelligence factors and non-intelligence factors mutual influence students’ all-round development.Non-intelligence factors in the process of learning is to promote, maintain and adjust, orientation and make up for the role. In chemistry teaching by stimulating the students’ learning motivation, arouse interest in learning, honing strong will, so as to promote the comprehensive development of the poor student.Based on non-intelligence factor research at home and abroad, and on the basis of the poor student studies both at home and abroad, pay attention to survey the third chemical poor student non-intelligence factor of the status quo, with a new concept of chemical teaching theory and education psychology as the instruction, put forward the treatment of poor student in the chemistry learning interest, motive, will, emotion obstacles countermeasures.This article used the literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, survey the defect of poor student on the non-intelligence factors, through eight types of activities, to improve the poor student and help. Study of jincheng in Shanxi Province experimental middle school nine grade randomly selected four class’s and grade’s students has carried on the questionnaire survey, and select the eugenics 54,61 poor student.By investigating this group in the chemistry learning interest, motivation, self-control ability, planning ability, willpower, own emotions, and parents’ emotions, to teacher’s emotional status, comparison of the overall, the difference of the poor student, learning eugenics, and results show that the poor student non-intelligence factor flaw, survey of students from the general will, also there are barriers on self-control.In this paper, based on the questionnaire survey result, and puts forward the countermeasures for non-intelligence factors of difficulties including:by improving the stimulate interest in classroom teaching;Through the experiment of after-school activities stimulate interest;Reasonable examination;Reasonable treat exam and score;Setting appropriate goals;This award;Insist to do one thing;Self-talk;Get the idols;Communicate with parents;Manage their own emotions, etc.And in the diagnosis and treatment of interest, motive, will, countermeasures of emotional disorders, with eight activities are:1. My life is in the chemical laboratory technician 2. Learn to use paper correct attribution;3. The chemical learning goal setting, concept, principle, experiment and method;4. Every day, adhere to the "1";5. By inside and outside of yourself;6. Talking to parents message;7.I will tell you to listen to;8. I find chemistry learning of happiness;9. What is your emotional control.The nine activities implementation cycle for 3 months, eventually to the poor student to participate in the activities and did not attend the final chemical result comparison, the poor student achievement take part in the activity.At the end of the activity is of some poor student and a parent interviews, suggest that the implementation of the countermeasures for the activity provides the help for the growth of students, help students’ all-round development.For the entire survey and countermeasures of the results obtained the following conclusions:(1) The teacher need not constrained to textbook knowledge, we should use the chemistry discipline characteristic, to stimulate students interest and motivation;(2) The students’ emotion and parents, teachers have inalienable relations, need to work together to develop the students healthy positive emotion, promote students’ physical and mental health development;(3) Some simple knowledge of psychology, can let the students know more about ourselves, and can exercise their self-regulation;(4) The cultivation of non-intelligence factors is a long-term work, teachers and parents, schools and students work together, in order to promote the all-round development of students.
