There has been a hot debate about the exercise and infection during the past decades, most parts of the research about exercise and immunity have been focused on the response of body to the immune function. It is shown in the research of psychoneuroimmunology that the immune system, the central nerve system and incretory system are interreactional, and the immune system is also affected by the psychological factors. In this experiment, the researcher chose 24 RE schoolboys with different trait anxiety as the subjects by SCAT, then studied the different psychological conditions of the subjects, who take part in a 20-minute basketball competition. In order to further study the controversial IL-K IL-2 and immunity globulin, we collected blood samples one day ago of sport before and after sport respectively. By statistic analysis and comparative study, we arrived at conclusions as following :1. After the exercise, the activities of both IL-1 and IL-2 changed to some extent respectively, the change of the IL-2 and IL-1 level has a close relation with the psychological stress and exercise, but it is still not sure whether psychological stress or exercise will play a more important role.2. The response of different trait anxiety's to the psychological stress is different, and the high trait anxiety athletes are inclined to accept the influence of psychological stress.3. Acute exercise and short time exercise have no remarkable effect on the level of immunity globulin in the sportsman, but the result of the statistics shows that before the exercise, the sportsman with a high anxiety will have much higher level of immunity globulin than those with a low anxiety.
