Along with the development of the immunology, the exercise immunology and the psychological-nerve immunology, the mutual relation between the exercise and the immunity or psychology and the immunity had been gradually known, and there are more and more reports in this domain both here and abroad. While people make few research on the interaction of exercise and psychological stress on immune function . The study is aimed at establishing the model of high-intensity exercise and chronically psychological stress through the subjects of SD rats , so as to discuss the influence and the mechanism of high-intensity exercise and chronically psychological stress on the immunity function, and attempts to open out the impacts of high-intensity exercise and chronically psychological stress on the animals'behavior, the stress hormone (cortisol), the lymphocyte (white blood cell), the immunity globulin (Ig A, Ig G, Ig M), the immune cytokine (IL-1, IL-2, IL-6), the oxidation stress (NO, NOS), then observes the immunity change instantly and in 24h after high-intensity exercise and chronically psychological stress and discusses its mechanism. The results show:1) The long-term high-intensity exercise or the chronically psychological stress influenced the normal metabolism of organism, and made the rats behaved unusually. In particular, the interaction of the two made the difference more obvious and damaged the organism intensively.2) The chronically psychological stress obviously changed the quantity of leucocyte, which indicated that the psychological stress had an important influence on the organism's specificity immunity system. The chronically psychological stress also caused the spleen to grow unusually.3) The cortisol increased after the long-term high-intensity exercise, but it was influenced more greatly by psychological stress. The increase of cortisol after the long-term high-intensity exercise with psychological stress was inferior to that after chronically psychological stress, whose mechanism maybe was that the long-term high-intensity exercise and the chronically psychological stress interacted on the cortisol.4) The IL-1βafter the long-term high-intensity exercise with chronically psychological stress increased less obviously than that after the long-term high-intensity exercise, and the reason possibly was that the interactive effect after the exercise with psychological stress was inferior to that after single exercise. While the reason why the IL-1βaltered more greatly after the long-term high-intensity exercise than that after chronically psychological stress waited for further studies.5) The IL-1 beta increased after high-intensity exercise, possibly because the high-intensity exercise made the skeletal muscle damaged to induce inflammation, then resulted in IL-1 to increase released from the monocyte - macrophage, indirectly induced IL-4 to elevate, again affected the Th2 cell, and enhanced the organism's humoral immunity.6) The long-term high-intensity exercise with chronically psychological stress induced IL-2 to increase, maybe because the long-term training stimulated the autonomic nerve system, then made the sympathetic nervous system accommodated, while with the chronically psychological stress, the stress hormone was released variationally, and the IL-2 level varied, affecting the organism's cellular immunity and humoral immunity.7) The IL-6 obviously dropped after chronically psychological stress, which because that the hypothalamus was stimulated by psychological stress, and induced adrenocorticotrophic hormone and glucocorticoid through corticotropin-releasing hormone, ulteriorly restrained IL-6.8) After exercise and psychological stress, the IgG level remarkably elevated , because stress and the interaction of stressors strengthened the humoral immunity responsion, leading the IgG remarkably to increase. After exercise and psychological stress, the IgA varied more obviously, possibly as a result of the interaction of exercise and psychological stress for humoral immunity, which was greater than single stressor. The IgM rose after psychological stress, which probably because of the increase of antibody secreted from B cell by psychological stress for strengthening humoral immunity .9) The NO content after the high-intensity exercise with chronically psychological stress was obviously lower than the control group. The iNOS vigor of the high-intensity exercise with chronically psychological stress group instantly after exercise and psychological stress was also greatly lower than the high-intensity exercise group and the control group, and was also remarkably differed from the psychological stress group as well as restored obviously after 24h. The possible reason lied in the variety of some humoral factors in vivo induced by stress, thus directly or indirectly affected the NO content and the NOS activeness.10) In 24h after exercise, the iNOS vigor remarkablely picked up, which notably exceeded that after psychological stress. Its reason possibly was that the NO variety in exercise still certainly continued the effect after the exercise.11) There was not remarkable difference of total NOS vigor in each group.
