A Study On The Personality Education In Secondary Schools

As the time goes by, the personality education has become the common issue of global education. Developing personality education at the stage of elementary education is the need of pushing China's sustainable development of social economy and accomplishing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and it's also the need of carrying out the quality education wholly and urging the youth to grow up healthily. The personality education of school aims at moulding the healthy personality of the youth and establishing the new civilization of the Chinese nation, and it has far-reaching significance. The present paper bases on the modern educational sense of"Taking the human beings as the basis", and makes use of the studying ways of consulting the literature and educational investigations so as to make a further discussion of how to carry out personality education. The paper clarifies that it's important to carry out the personality education in the middle schools in China by exploratories of three aspects:looking back on history, caring for the problem of personality education in present international society, and the present situation of personality education for Middle School students. It puts forwards the aim, contents and principles of the personality education of middle schools in comparison with China's national conditions. It focus the exploration on the ways of personality education which meet the need of the development of the time and the healthy growth of the youth by the following four aspects: converting the ways of school governing, establishing the teaching lessons and teaching patterns of the personality education, building the activity patterns of personality education, and establishing the patterns of school governing of personality education. The paper also exposes that how to offer a psychological course, open psychological consult, build a good growing circumstance for the youth at the school, and get the education in and out school together to cultivate a new generation.
