According to improving students' personality proposed by office of the state council(2016)released strengthening school sports to promote physical and mental health of students comprehensive development,using literature,investigation,logical thinking and other methods to explore,research thinks that:(1)The current school sports thought has a unclear know,weakened regulation and fuzzy curriculum model,and so on.The thought of school physical education with "fitness center" or "skill center" or "pleasure center" and other diversified thought is coexist,and authority or the authority policy governance,teachers' teaching ideas is chaos.At the same time,PE teachers have a vague understanding of the sports curriculum model(81.3%).The main means of teaching are "sports skills teaching" and "cooperative teaching",and the mainstream PE curriculum model has not yet formed.(2)Improving Students' personality is a present goal of physical education in schools in our country,it is the origin of school sports demands,and also the fundamental principles of sports school solved the modern crisis.finally self-cultivation is the key to overcome only " constitution theory " or " skill theory ",because the single pursuit of physical fitness of students or skills,and cannot achieve the purpose of educating students,students' intrinsic motivation is difficult to reach,physical activity is difficult to become a kind of self-discipline behavior of students.(3)Improving Students' personality can be said to be from macro level,but it still need middle level curriculum mode,however,China's primary and secondary schools is also difficult to form a typical or valuable curriculum mode,although the "sports and health" curriculum standard also puts forward a number of teaching objectives,especially in terms of adaptation mental health and social,but the lack of specific operational model or paradigm.Hellson's personal and social responsibility curriculum model,which is characterized by personality formation,should be used for reference.It is necessary to establish learning behavior and classroom record according to the characteristics of students in China.(4)In order to ensure improving Students' personality of China's school physical education thought and curriculum mode,also need to establish a joined force by participate in the target task,competition ways,and society,meanwhile,objectives and tasks must be implemented step by step,the competition ways is the main logic specific,is a key link to push the school sports teaching mode,social participation can provide a good help.(5)Of course,the improving students' personality and curriculum mode need various departments together to support,such as physical Teachers of pre-job need to practice and experiment,otherwise,they will be difficult to break the original behavior.At the same time,the teacher's workload and assessment methods may also need to make corresponding changes.At the same time,strengthening the construction and verification of the sports curriculum under the guidance of "improving students' personality" should be the focus of the next school sports work...
