This article carries out overall and delicate research on academy of classical learning education in He Nan province during the Northern Song Dynasty in combination with the latest research on academy of classical learning education. Frequent chaos caused by war and government school declining made some educators crowd into places far from the society and teach together, which led to the beginning of academy of classical learning education. He Nan Academy of Classical Learning Education benefited from strong support of North Song government, North Song government encouraged the private to build Academies of Classical Learning by increasing the number of people enrolled, gifting books, gifting land, which was important for its development. Furthermore, the capital of North Song Dynasty was in KaiFeng where some advanced education ideas and education concepts spread early in Henan. This brought about its development. In addition, Lixue's spreading, famous Confucian educators teaching and set-up of academies its credit, gave it strong live force and advanced its prosperity.On educating context it created a lot of precious experience. They emphasized on cultivating personality on education aims. On teaching context, they paid special attention to Lixue besides Wujing.
