Academy in song dynasty has always been the focus of academic circles,and the research content involves the academy's teachers,education,collection of books,sacrifices,architecture and other aspects,but the research on the life of teachers in academy in song dynasty is weak.From the perspective of educational life,this paper,from the perspective of micro-history,describes the teaching,academic research and life of the teachers of the academy in the song dynasty,showing their unique life characteristics.By taking human as a mirror,we can know the gain and loss,and summarize the experience from the life characteristics and value pursuit of college teachers,so as to provide reference for contemporary teachers to absorb the excellent spirit of college teachers and constantly improve themselves.During the two song dynasties,there were serious internal and external troubles despite the vigorous development of politics,economy,science and technology and culture.In this context,academy teachers,as people of insight,take the initiative to teach or establish the academy,in order to train talents and spread academic and unremitting efforts.They adhere to the national interest,when faced with corrupt regimes,dare to criticize the current problems;In rural areas,they not only pay attention to national conditions,but also take practical actions to cultivate talents and influence local customs.Academy teachers lofty moral character and sense of responsibility enable them to be rigorous and serious in teaching.They can not only study and grow up with students in various teaching methods,but also ask questions randomly to test the learning effect of students.Academy teachers are not only diligent and rigorous in their studies,but also diligent in collecting books and writing them.On the one hand,they have a strong interest in academic research,a persistent and persistent spirit,and a high degree of confidence in their own academic knowledge and academic accomplishment.On the other hand,they have a sense of awe and piety for academic research.Although the academy teachers are relatively poor,they always adhere to the confucian belief in the value of life in their daily life,and give generously to everyone who needs help.Under the national policy of "building the country by culture",the relaxed political and cultural atmosphere and the development and perfection of Confucianism have changed the value orientation of academy teachers.On the one hand,they should practice the Confucian "foreign king" line,on the other hand,they should pursue inner freedom and transcendence.When the "foreign king" route has difficulties,the academy teachers turn to the nature,in the leisure life,through the polishing of words and deeds,through the activities such as water,tea,drinking,writing poetry,incense cultivation character.The academy teachers,by means of "meaning in the things",transcend the things,and shape daily life into a realm integrating life experience and philosophical thinking,so as to surpass the real life.In addition,The academy teachers between their friends,such as writing letters to each other,visiting each other and visiting each other,not only deepened their friendship,but also exerted a profound influence on their learning,official career,life style and attitude towards life.The reason why academy teachers can be serious in teaching,rigorous in scholarship,sincere in communication and leisurely in life,all come from their strong sense of social responsibility and noble life belief as well as noble ethics,benevolence.By analyzing the life characteristics of the teachers in Song Dynasty College,on the one hand,contemporary teachers guide to take care of their own hearts,pay attention to their aesthetic orientation and spiritual life improvement,live freely,happily,and become better themselves.On the other hand,contemporary teachers are urged to absorb the spirit of academy teachers,maintain a high sense of social responsibility,establish correct values and positive attitude towards life,care for students,and cultivate more talents for social development.
