With gone to the 21st centtuy, it is the most important way that prob- ing teaching as one chemical subject to practise quality education, and to train talented people of creative type which require to reform the traditional applied education and to implement quality education thoroughly, with the requirement and competition for talents in our nation and a hoard. The history of probing experimental education of thought development goes back to ancient times - For instance, Cor fucious has the teaching method of 搇earning ?thinking ?studing ?practising? education expert John Dewey in America has contained 搒tuding from practising? J J. Sch- wab in Chicago university has 搒ummarized?the 搒cience leaching of probing?and probing experimental eduction?s important role in training talented people of a creative type, with which is based on mordern educa- tional theory that includes 損roblem with circumstance; assumption with verification; deduction with development What this paper made had studied a new way by probing thought of teaching, fundamental theory, principle of teaching, teaching model and practise the teaching reform about chemical subject of basic education and any other subjects of natural science, popularing probing experimental teaching and cultivating taleinled people of a creative type.
