In the general course of Volleyball Teaching in Colleges and universities,especially volleyball pad,transfer,and deduction of four basic techniques,how to make students more quickly and more standardized to master the technical movements and the training of students’ interest in Volleyball in the process of learning skills is always the key problems of teachers and research workers volleyball.In the basic skills of Volleyball Teaching in classroom teaching mode is to refer to flip the basic learning volleyball make students better and faster,improve the standard of students volleyball basic actions,cultivate students’ interest in volleyball,to improve the efficiency of the classroom,enrich the teaching mode,provide some possible paths for the volleyball teaching development and innovation mode.This research mainly adopts the method of experiment teaching,in reference to the flipped classroom based on other physical technical application,will flip the classroom teaching mode applied to Guangzhou Sports University volleyball course,innovation of the mode of teaching the course of College volleyball.This study mainly adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics.In the physical quality,basic skills and learning motivation has no significant difference in the two classes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group respectively,were used to flip the classroom teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode of basic skills of volleyball teaching,in strict accordance with the "Guangzhou Sports University volleyball assessment standards" evaluation,results showed that,after the experiment in two classes of special quality well,digging,serve grades and pass,spiking the ball hitting effect scores are basically the same,but the experimental class pass and spiking skill evaluation scores were significantly better than the control class and experimental class after the experiment the students’ interest in volleyball and the class identity was significantly higher than the control class.So the following four conclusions are drawn:First,in improving students’ Volleyball quality,due to limited teaching time and teaching objectives,flipped classroom teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode in the teaching of basic skills are unable to improve the special qualities of the students,the teaching effect is basically the same.Second,Professor,and volleyball pad,buckle four basic techniques,the teaching effect of flipped classroom teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode indigging and serve two technology on basically the same,but in improving the pass and spiking action standard,flip the classroom teaching mode of teaching effect are obviously superior to the traditional teaching model.Third,in cultivating students’ interest in volleyball,flipped classroom teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode can effectively improve the students’ interest in volleyball,the effect is better than the traditional teaching mode and flip classroom teaching mode.Fourth,to promote students’ sense of identity to the volleyball class,flipped classroom teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode can improve students’ sense of identity to the volleyball class,and flip the classroom teaching mode is better than the traditional teaching effect.
