5E teaching model,jointly proposed by Professor Chen Ang and Professor Ennis,is a novel teaching model based on constructivism theory and humanistic learning theory.5E teaching model includes five teaching links: attraction,exploration,interpretation,transfer and evaluation.The teaching of college basketball public sports course is affected by the current teaching situation that students’ skill and tactics level is weak and the gap between students’ skill and tactics level is large.The basic cooperation teaching of basketball offensive tactics is less.The 5E teaching mode advocates students’ joint learning of sports skills and concepts in teaching,while the basic cooperation of basketball offensive tactics requires students to have a deep understanding of its technical and tactical concepts.Only by fully combining concepts and techniques can they give full play to their effects in the game.Taking Zhejiang University of Science and Technology as an example,this study uses 5E teaching mode to conduct an experimental research on the teaching effect of basic cooperation of basketball offensive tactics.The research methods include experimental method,literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method.The results showed that: after 13 weeks of teaching experiment,the experimental group and the control group had significant differences in the performance of cutting coordination,sudden distribution coordination and cover coordination;There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the subjective ability,interest and achievement of sports learning.The internal motivation of the experimental group was significantly different before and after the experiment.The results showed that:1.Students’ understanding and mastery of basic cooperation of basketball offensive tactics in 5E teaching mode is better than that in traditional teaching mode.2.The improvement of time,cooperation and effectiveness in the connotation characteristics of the basic cooperation of basketball tactics in the 5E teaching mode is better than that in the traditional teaching mode.3.The teaching model of 5E is better than the traditional teaching model in improving the internal motivation of students in the basic coordination of basketball offensive tactics and plays a better role in improving the internal motivation of students.
