Knowledge Sharing is a hot and difficult issue of knowledge management. The low level knowledge-sharing of college teachers has been the bottleneck problem that restricts the promotion of the College Competitive Power. However, the current study focused on the issue of how to improve technology, and strengthen the construction of sharing culture, on how to motivate teachers to share their knowledge and motivation research is relatively few. Therefore, this thesis researches the knowledge sharing behaviors of college teachers, reveals the motivation problems that constrict their knowledge sharing behavior. After analyzing the current researches, the thesis builds an incentive-behavior relationship model of knowledge sharing activity between college teachers.First, by abundant and thorough surveys and interviews, the thesis categorizes the knowledge sharing incentives into four dimensions: interest pursuing, self-fulfillment,team affection,and social connection. Second, Based on the relationship model built, five research hypotheses have been proposed, which were tested by SPSS17.0 statistic software using date samples from abundant surveys. Finally, based on the findings above, some solutions have been proposed to tackle the problems currently existing. In all, the thesis casts some light into college teachers'knowledge sharing field, and brings new thoughts for its motivation model design. After theory analysis and statistic verification, the thesis reveals the following findings: (1) interest pursuing, self-fulfillment ,team affection and social connection influence college teachers'knowledge sharing behavior greatly. And the weights they play in the procedure coincide with the sequence: interest pursuing, team affection, social connection and self-fulfillment. (2) Different teachers feature different knowledge sharing incentives and behaviors according to their different personal character.
