Due to the advent of the we-media era and the diversity of users, the amount of network data has shown an exponential growth trend, and user knowledge sharing has become one of the main sources of contemporary Internet data. The knowledge sharing behavior of scholars is the main activity of academic social networks, which has a positive impact on the sustainable development of academic social networks. However,at present, academic social networks users are not active, they have a low willingness to continue knowledge sharing. And the quality of academic knowledge sharing is uneven. How to enhance academic social network users' viscosity in a highly competitive market and keep users' knowledge sharing behaviors of academic social networks is extremely important, which has theoretical and practical significance for promoting the sustainable development of academic social networks, which has theoretical and practical significance for promoting the sustainable development of academic social networks.Based on the existing literature, this thesis analyzes the current status of academic existing social network.Based on the "cognition-affect-behavior" model of psychology, this thesis integrates the continuous use model of information systems, then expands research mutual assistance, perceived trust, shared vision, identity in social capital theory, and knowledge sharing self-efficacy in social cognitive theory. In addition, according to the characteristics of the continuous knowledge sharing behavior of academic social networks,3 influencing factors were introduced, including academic level improvement, academic knowledge quality, and scholar network construction.Finally,14 influential factors were determined. Then a research model for the continuous knowledge sharing behavior of academic social network users was constructed, and 18 research hypotheses were proposed.Based on the research hypotheses and previous research scales,a questionnaire entitled "Influencing Factors for the Continuous Knowledge Sharing Behavior of Academic Social Network Users" was designed. This thesis pre-investigated the questionnaire, and the results confirmed that the questionnaire has certain reliability and validity. The empirical analysis was performed on 560 valid questionnaires recovered using SmartPLS 3.0.The empirical results show that academic level improvement and academic knowledge quality have a significant positive impact on expected confirmation;expected confirmation has a significant positive impact on perceived usefulness and knowledge acquisition satisfaction;perceived usefulness has a significant positive impact on knowledge acquisition satisfaction and continuous knowledge sharing willingness;research assistance has a significant positive impact on knowledge acquisition satisfaction and knowledge contribution satisfaction;perceived trust has a significant positive impact on knowledge acquisition satisfaction and knowledge contribution satisfaction;shared vision, perceived of academic communication, knowledge sharing self-efficacy have a significant positive impact on knowledge contribution satisfaction;knowledge acquisition satisfaction and knowledge contribution satisfaction have a significant positive impact on continuous knowledge sharing willingness;continuous knowledge sharing willingness has a significant positive impact on continuous knowledge sharing behavior. But identification and scholar network construction have no significant effect on the satisfaction of knowledge contribution. The academic social network users' continuous knowledge sharing behavior model is acceptable.Based on the above-mentioned,this thesis puts forward relevant and feasible management suggestions from two aspects of academic social network service providers and users.
