Research On The Postgraduate Subsidy And Bursary System Of China

The postgraduate education is the highest phase of the higher education. In recent years, accompanying the enlargement of higher education, the postgradute education also has been enlarged, while at the same time comes the decline of the quality. In order to enhance the quality of the postgraduate education in our country, to provide a positive environment for the cultivation of the creative competent people, from the year 2006, the government began to make experiments for the postgraduate cultivating system's reform. As an important part of the reform, the postgraduate subsidy and bursary system needs to be paid more attention to.The prior postgraduate subsidy and bursary system has its advantages and disadvantages, so is the present, which is under the postgraduate cultivating system's reform. Through the retrospect of the history of chinese postgraduate subsidy and bursary system, the analysis of the present situation of the the postgraduate subsidy and bursary system, the motivation of the reform and the comparison of foreign advanced system, this paper is trying helping people to realize some faults in the present situation, to think about how to improve the postgraduate subsidy and bursary system especially which is under the postgraduate cultivating system's reform, and hope to give some concrete useful suggestions.
