The system of the Chinese college counselors is developed decades. It plays an irreplaceable role in the growth of the Chinese college students. With the development of the times, the role of counselor and the function of the work have changed deeply. Counselor is not only an important part of college teacher and management team, but also the guides and servicers for college students. However, during the long time practice, we found that the building of counselor team still have many problems, for example, the role definition of counselors is not clear, the management of counselors is not perfect enough. Faced with these problems, colleges and universities are seeking reform methods by developing policy and the system to solvethe actual problem in counselors development.Counselors'management has great impact on the efficiency of the team's work. A reasonable organization mode can help to maintain the stability of counselors and safeguard the smooth flow of work. In the paper, university counselors are the research object; we take Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunication as an example and discuss the instructor team's situation with different management mode. Generally speaking, define the scope of the research, bring different management mode and emphasis on the new management mode of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunication.we can sum up the promotional value of practices which could offer reference and similar to the same organizations.Combined with the feature of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, we proposed the building of "54321" type of counselors. Counselor institution-building will enter a new phase. Through questionnaires, interviews, literature and other methods, I took practice research on the entire process of the reform and concluded that the innovation management system still has problems during the two year's practice. Then, comments and suggestions are given. This study focuses on chapters III and IV. Chapter II paved the way for the later chapters. It paved the way for the comprehensive and clear grasp of the reform management of BUPT, which can help to build counselors'team with a high level of fine business, work ability and sustainable development for Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. |
