An Analysis Of The Current Situation Of Career Management In College Counselors And The Countermeasures

College political counselor is an important part of university teachers, but there is a big difference between them.It’s important to build a healthy, efficient and stabilizing college counselors’team.In order to meet the requirements of reform and survive in the environment which full of contradictions, we must corollary new features form its traditional connotation to make political counselor more specialized in education and management functions.About the research of college counselors’career management,this article which I put Y university as a example discusses from four aspects..The first part on the principal of the related concepts and theories,such asithe meaning of college counselors,career and career management;Career anchor theory, person-job fit theory and the stages of career planning.The second part discusses the current problems about the college counselors’career management,mainly through the survey and data analysis of present situation about the college counselors’career management,summarizes current major problem in the work of college counselors’career management.The third part puts forward specific measures on strengthening the college counselors’career management, mainly from the counselor’s own point of view and the perspective of the organization, such as the introduction of the career management concept,improving their capabilities of career planning;improving the management system of career management. These measures have some reference value and practical guiding significance.
