Deepening the quality of education and promoting the education curriculum reform of basic education background, how to ensure the "student center" in the high school teaching of the ideological and political course and to efficiently complete of the three objectives of teaching, I believe that it is to implement the appreciative education. Appreciative education is the modern educational philosophy that it is caring for the students essence of life, respecting and understanding students, treating individual differences of students, founding potential, appreciating, praising and encouraging students to raise students self-confidence, stimulate the learning motivation, improve the dignity and promote the development of students.The philosophy of appreciative education is supported by a variety of theoretical basises, such as Theory of multiple intelligences, Rosenthal effect, Reinforcement theory, Teaching theory of human and Hierarchy of needs theory. There is also of great practical significance in the actual application process. But with the survey research methods, the status of implementation of appreciative education in the high school teaching of the ideological and political course is not satisfactory, because of the teachers recognizing the lack of appreciation of education, lack of loving for students, there have been a lot of errors in the implementation process, though the implementation has not been extensive.In this paper, to improve the effect of the implementative appreciation of education in high school teaching of politics, I propose to adopt a set of modern educational philosophy, establish the philosophy of appreciative education; Establishment of a scientific school rules and regulations to reflect "people-oriented" management principles Improving the quality and training of teachers to enhance the driving force behind education; Building a course evaluation system of motivating function to promoting overall development of students; Using a variety of teaching models to creating a classroom atmosphere of appreciative education and other specific and feasible measures, so that to ensure the effectiveness of appreciative education and to improve the political class teaching.
