Studies on friendship indicated that the number of friendship, the feature of friendship and the quality of friendship are related with learning achievement, and studies on friendship of students with learning disabilities indicated that, compared with students without learning disabilities, students with learning disabilities had less stable friendship, less friendship and poorer friendship quality. This study focused on the friendship of students with learning disabilities by survey of having friends, identity of one's friends and friendship quality.The result are:(1)compared with students without learning disabilities, the total friend number and the number of friends from the same class of students with learning disabilities are significantly less; (2) the difference on the identity of one's friend between students with and without learning disabilities is significant and especially on the dimension help and trust; (3) the friendship quality is significantly different between students with and without learning disabilities; (4) difference and similarity exist on friendship number, identity and quality among students with learning disabilities in primary and middle school; (5) the similarity and sharing co-exist in primary students'friendship.
