Prosocial behavior is an important part of teenagers’ socialization,which is not only conducive to their individual psychological development and social adaptation,but also can maintain the harmony and development of the whole society.High school is an important period to cultivate individual positive quality and positive behavior.High level friendship quality can provide high school students with social emotional support,which is conducive to their psychological development,promote their social adaptation and behavior development,and has a positive effect on the development of individuals and society.This paper will study from the following two aspects:In the first study: 1088 senior high school students were investigated with “Friendship Quality Scale”,“Adolescent Self-Compassion Scale”,“Gross-John Emotion Regulation Questionnaire” and “Adolescent Prosocial Behavior Scale” to study the relationship between friendship quality and prosocial behavior,and explore the mediating role of self-compassion and emotion regulation strategies between friendship quality and prosocial behavior Use.In the second study: Based on the conclusion of study 1,48 students were randomly divided into experimental group(24 people)and control group(24 people),and then the experimental group was given group counseling intervention for two months to explore the changes of friendship quality and prosocial behavior of high school students.The results are as follows:(1)There are significant gender differences in friendship quality,self-compassion and prosocial behavior,but no significant gender differences in emotion regulation strategies.(2)High school students’ self-compassion has significant difference on whether they are only child or not,but friendship quality,emotion regulation strategies and prosocial behavior have no significant difference on whether they are only child or not.(3)There is no significant difference in friendship quality,self-compassion,emotion regulation strategies and prosocial behavior among senior high school students.(4)There are significant differences in the presence or absence of left behind experience in high school students’ expression inhibition strategies,while there are no significant differences in the presence or absence of left behind experience in friendship quality,self-compassion,cognitive reappraisal strategies and prosocial behavior.(5)There is a significant correlation between friendship quality,self-compassion,emotion regulation strategies and prosocial behavior.(6)Self-compassion and cognitive reappraisal strategies play a mediating role between friendship quality and prosocial behavior of high school students,including three paths: the independent mediating role of self-compassion,the independent mediating role of cognitive reappraisal strategies,and the chain mediating role of self-compassion and cognitive reappraisal strategies.(7)Through group counseling intervention,compared with the control group,the friendship quality and prosocial behavior of the experimental group were significantly improved.
