At present,college graduates at the beginning of the employment frequently leaving voluntarily behavior has caused the wide attention of the society,the frequent turnover behavior is not only bad for employees' career development,also causes enterprise resource waste and talented person's fault.According to previous research has found that employees leaving reason or does not comply with the occupational expectation,or low pay treatment,such as the abuse of shame management,you can pay through ascension,and improve the working environment enhance job satisfaction and lower turnover intention,and thus reduce the employee turnover rate,but there are also scholars from employees' psychological level,the author puts forward the concept of "Resilience",emphasizes the mental toughness to reducing staff working pressure,improve resilience,reduce the role of employee turnover intention,so for professional staff to study the psychological adaptation period college students,from a psychological point of view to analyze the causes of turnover intention,its research value.Occupational maturity is an important indicator to observe the turnover of new recruits.It is the degree of personal development goals that are compatible with the stage of their career development.The study of career maturity is focused on junior middle school,adolescents and college students.This paper constructs the theoretical model of psychological toughness,career maturity and turnover intention,divides psychological toughness into three dimensions: optimism,strongness and self-confidence,and career maturity is divided into professional goal,professional value and professional ability This paper puts forward the research work of the college students in the non-state-owned enterprises in Shanxi province,and dispatched 300 questionnaires to recover the valid questionnaires 290,using SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0 and other software to obtain empirical analysis of the results are as follows:Firstly,the psychological toughness and turnover intention of the college students' employees have a significant negative effect,that is,the higherthe psychological toughness of the college students,the lower the turnover tendency;the second,the occupational maturity and the turnover tendency of the college students are also significant The higher the level of career maturity in the enterprise,the lower the turnover tendency of the college students in the enterprise.Thirdly,there is a significant positive effect between the psychological toughness and the professional maturity of the college students' employees,that is,the psychology of college students The higher the toughness,the higher the level of employee maturity in the enterprise;fourthly,the negative influence between the psychological toughness and the turnover intention of the part of the intermediary students.The research results enriched the connotation and extension of the three variables,broadened the research field of the turnover tendency,provided the theoretical reference for the future research.At the same time,on the basis of the empirical analysis,the author puts forward the author from the three aspects of college students' employees themselves,universities and enterprises To improve the level of psychological toughness of employees,career maturity to reduce the tendency to leave the proposed recommendations for enterprises to provide theoretical reference,and finally elaborated on the lack of research and follow-up research prospects.
