Measurement And Improvement Strategies Of Campus Resilience Under Public Emergencies

As a relatively closed community unit,schools must establish an efficient and agile safety management system while ensuring development in the face of social risks.However,there is still relatively little research on emergency management in schools during sudden public events,and there is a lack of research on campus safety in the face of major unforeseen risks.There is also a shortage of relevant research focusing on schools as the research object.Therefore,based on the theory of "community resilience" and using schools as a research case,this article conducted in-depth research on the campus resilience capability of secondary vocational schools and proposed the concept and theory of "school campus resilience".A complete evaluation system was established,with organizational resilience,spatial resilience,governance resilience,and digital resilience as the main indicators,to comprehensively evaluate the campus resilience capability under sudden public events from four aspects.Firstly,analyze the influencing factors of resilient campus construction,define the content of evaluating the resilience capacity of school campus,based on the principles of constructing evaluation index system,after determining the primary indicators of school’s resilience capacity evaluation,adopt questionnaire survey approach,have respondents score the weight of factors affecting school campus resilience capacity,and use Excel software to sort and analyze the opinions of respondents,then select the grading indicators for evaluating school campus resilience capacity.Determine the index system for evaluating school campus resilience capacity.Secondly,based on the established school resilience evaluation index system,the weight coefficients of each dimension goal were calculated using the YA-AHP software system and rigorously validated.In addition,in order to better evaluate school resilience,in-depth quantitative analysis of survey data was conducted using the SPSS19.0 software system to better reflect the actual situation of school resilience capability.Finally,a case analysis was conducted on the resilience management capabilities of 16 schools in various counties and districts in Changzhi City.The shortcomings of these schools were identified,the influencing factors were determined,and effective strategies and countermeasures were proposed to enhance the resilience of the school campus..
