The present era is the era of knowledge economy, the social competition isincreasing more and more fiercely. The fierce competition compels enterprises toobtain new knowledge in order to seek survival and development. Knowledge, as thecarrier of enterprise’s core competence, can be transferred in the enterprise socialnetworks. Traditional knowledge transfer mainly focuses on the study ofcharacteristics of knowledge transfer (such as viscosity and tacit) and environmentalfactors influence on knowledge transfer, but little concern about the relationshipbetween individual factors; In the research of the knowledge transfer, people mainlyfocus on constructing technical exchange platform and data mining technology, butlittle concern about management on the issue of human; No clear the study focused onthe individual level. However, human is the carrier of knowledge, but also is the mainbody of knowledge innovation. In modern enterprises, there is a growing number ofolder retirees, and when they are going away, the important knowledge aboutenterprise will also flow away with them, in order to dig these knowledge, people putforward the enterprise alumni building in the enterprise, the effective enterprisealumni networks can carry on knowledge transfer in the interests and needs of theenterprises and the knowledge receivers.This paper analyses the present situation and problems of its application throughthe theory of metastasis related literature and the results of social network andknowledge of domestic and overseas. This paper states the feasibility and goodprospects in the study of enterprise alumni cyber-knowledge transfer which bring inagent-based model. The characteristic of this simulation is that we can understand theimpact of the individual to the whole through individual activities.This paper introduces constraint condition of the model construction, to analyzethe interaction model of knowledge transfer from these three aspects: the helicalcontent of alumni network, experience of spiral, content and experience of spiral.Then on this basis, using the model of individual to analyze the enterprises alumninetwork knowledge transfer. Specifically, we are analyzing two roles in the businessalumni network–“expert” and “new”, and studying knowledge transfer mainly fromthe direct and indirect communication mode, and using individual model. Resultsshowed that, in direct communication way, may lead to the occurrence of congestion,but congestion phenomenon will not occur in indirect communication way. Finally, inthe conclusion part, the paper summarizes and prospects of research.
