The Development Of Social Organization Under Project Management

There are more and more Social organizations in China, which develop only at Primary stage. With more diversify social needs; the social organizations play a more important role. Exploring the feasibility of the development path of social organizations and promoting community service, that is gradually becoming a social issue. "Community public project bidding" and "Venture Philanthropy" are the Community Project Managements by the Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau. The author took the Z organization as an example and used observation to collect first-hand information. Analysis the process of involved in project management by Z organization and the factors of Project management, then find the development of Z organization. At last, basing on the discussion on the problems of this social organization, we conclude that furthering the development of social organization need us perfecting the project management, promoting the location social work and clearing the role of government.
