Practical Research On Social Work Praticipating In The Inclbation And Clutivation Of Community Social Organization ——Take Chongqing S Street Project As An Example

The top priority of social governance lies in grass-roots governance,and the core of grass-roots governance lies in community governance.One of the main measures to promote community governance is to strengthen community governance.As a new element of community governance,community social organizations promote the positive changes of community governance model,and it is urgent to explore the effective ways of their participation in urban governance.However,at present,the development of community social organizations is insufficient.In this regard,the government has issued a series of policy documents to support the cultivation and development of community social organizations and encourage organization construction and participation in community governance.Promoting the development of community social organizations not only needs the guidance of policies,but also needs the intervention of professional forces.As community professionals,social work plays an irreplaceable guiding role.Based on the above reality and background,this study takes the s street cultivation project in Chongqing as an example,combined with theory and practice,to explore the path of social work involved in the cultivation and development of community social organizations.Firstly,the article uses the interview method of qualitative research to interview the s street community organization team before the cultivation,and summarize the cultivation needs.Then,according to the needs,formulate the cultivation plan.In the process of literature review,the author found the applicability of the organizational life cycle theory and community social organizations,so he used this theory to form the incubation and cultivation scheme of the organization "gestation period,growth period and development period",and determined the role of social workers in combination with the stage tasks of the organizational life cycle.Finally,on the basis of the program,carry out practical research on the cultivation of community social organizations.It is mainly divided into: gestation period,guided by community needs,promoting the establishment of community social organizations;During the growth period,cultivate backbone talents under the guidance of capacity-building;During the development period,take the project development as the guidance,connect the activity resources and improve the organization and service ability.Finally,promote the formation of a long-term mechanism for community social organizations to participate in grass-roots governance.The project practice has proved that social work plays a role in the incubation and development of community social organizations.With the support of social work,the number of social organizations in s street community has increased,and the ability to organize services,link resources and organizations has been improved.The community governance project has begun to operate independently,and the evaluation of the operation project is excellent.However,there are also some problems,such as the different speed of organizational development,the shortage of social workers,the inappropriate cultivation scheme and so on.Accordingly,the article formed targeted suggestions.
