The part-time faculty to supplement that Secondary vocational school specialized teacher quantity, raises the practice teaching level to play the important role. The part-time faculty in the secondary vocational school has already become the essential part of ranks of team building. But, because the county Education administrative department lacks the policies and regulations,the secondary vocational schools do not attach importance to management, as well as part-time faculty in their own particularity, lead to my being part-time faculty in the management had many problems. These questions not only affect part-time faculty to play their own advantages and potential, but also has many disadvantage factors to the development of secondary vocational schools. Therefore, the research on management the part-time faculty in the secondary vocational school has importance.The main content of this study are: first of all,"managed the question research to domestic and foreign"to do has combed comprehensive and outlines,managed the question including the domestic and foreign experts the part-time faculty troop construction as well as the developed country the experience summary which managed to the part-time faculty. Secondly, investigates the present situation which thoroughly comprehensively Liaoning Province many Secondary vocational school part-time faculty troop construction and the manage,including part-time faculty's basic composition information,the situation of recruitment,performance appraisal,motivation and training, and other problems and experience. Finally,the results of the survey statistics and analysis,reveals the main problems which existence of the management process. On this basis,proposed strengthens the management measures.The main method used in this study are questionnaire,interview and literature. The survey questionnaire is the part-time faculty in secondary vocational school of Liaoning region,sends out questionnaire 100,recycles 92,effectiveness is 94.6%.In the comprehensive real reflection present the part-time faculty's basic composition situation, as well as some views and opinions. The survey interviews of four manager in the secondary vocational school,through their interview, has a deeper understanding of the direct management. The main purpose of this study is to fully understand the status, deepens to the understanding. In revealing the problem,analyze the reasons,clear the goal,content and method on the manages. This research's purpose is improve the management system,clear the theory instructions,and find the new ways to provide direction and foundation. |
