In the higher education to the popular development process, the higher vocational education is sudden appearance. The original professional teacher troop has not been able to meet the school need, the part-time teacher troop arises at the historic moment, even as the first line of vocational college teaching force. As we all know, compensation management is an important organizational activities, regarding attracts the talented person, to retain the talented person, to motivate talented person play an irreplaceable role. Therefore, understanding the management of vocational colleges part-time teacher salaries, status, and explore the establishment of a fair and reasonable, and effective incentive compensation management, has become a very urgent research task.However, existing research mainly in the following two aspects: First, some research about construction on part-time faculty; second, some research about compensation management of universities. There are almost no research about compensation management of the part-time faculty in vocational colleges. So, this paper take"the vocational colleges part-time teacher's salary management"as the object of study, attempts through the system research, achieves constructs one to be helpful in realizes the pay equity, vocational institutions and effective incentive mechanism of compensation management goals. It is no doubt a very important theoretical and practical significance.In order to achieve the objectives of the study, this dissertation using qualitative and quantitative research methods, taking the salary management theory as the research rationale, and taking Nanchang Vocational college as the research object, to explore the issues and reasons of the part-time faculty compensation management of vocational colleges, and proposed ideas improve the relevant system.This dissertation has three main parts except the first part of introduction and the fifth part of the conclusion. The second part defines the core concepts from the theory, reviewed with the salary management correlation theories, has provided the rationale for as follows empirical study. The third part is the part of empirical research, the first transferred research design, followed by results of the survey questionnaires and summarizes the issues exist in part-time faculty compensation management of vocational colleges. The problems are: salary income of low and unstable, salary and reward system is not perfect and the welfare extremely few, the incentive mechanism lack of teachers in individual psychological needs analysis.The fourth part according the problems analysis the main causes, which managers influence by traditional concepts and the school runs high cost and limited funding. Then turning to the danger of the current management problems: that workers with workers of different paid and non-priority priority pay .The fifth part is studies the conclusion and the policy recommendations. This part take the fore-mentioned salary incentive theory as the basis, elaborated part-time teacher's salary management principle, the salary management mechanism establishment (perfect performance assessment mechanism).Based on this, this paper proposed target-oriented"multi-dimensional"four kind of salary management mechanism, namely establishment of special teachers guarantee a minimum income, and establish performance mechanism linking incentive income, who have made outstanding contributions to the spirit of the award, to absorb excellent part-time teachers as formal staff.
