With following the market development rules,showing proprietary industrial vocational features and achieving more benefits for enterprise group to Establishing and conducting higher vocational colleges.Furthermore,it makes the full advantages of internal resources and technical talents,the singularity of vocational education system in China also has been changed in the long term.At the same time,a pluralistic pattern of vocational college running has been formed,such as state-owned and privately owned,local government owned and enterprise owned,that makes a coordinated and sustainable development situation of Vocational education.To the part-time faulty management,the higher vocational colleges established by enterprise groups whether can make full use of the technological talents of enterprise groups or not to achieve “first come,first served” and realizing the diversification of the construction of teaching staff,which is really important for educational effectiveness and teaching quality.Following the route from decaffeinating relevant conceptions on the basis of research at home and abroad.Taking Zhejiang G Vocational and Technical College as an example,through investigating and interviewing the relative managers,analyzing the current situation and finding out problems of the management of part-time faculty,And making the conclusion that the following measurement should be taken to solve the problems fundamentally.First,enterprise group should be involved in the construction of part-time faculty in Higher Vocational colleges completely,the management of higher vocational college should be incorporated into the enterprise management.Second,have human resources exchanged between enterprise group and vocational college,mutual training and mutual management between enterprises and vocational colleges,and building the joint enterprise-college cultivation mode.Third,as far as vocational colleges concerned,the system construction should strengthen and implemented strictly.Specific steps are as follows: formulating reasonable part-time faculty building plan;improving the employment system and standardizing employment procedure;improving and standardizing teaching management system;improve the evaluation system;training system should be implemented.
