Tianjin vocational school train industrial workers for the city. It requires a lot of high-level workers to support Tianjin eight pillar industries, to enhance the level of running vocational schools in urgent need of craftsmen from the production line to serve as part-time teachers.Tianjin creates a lot of experience for the country. But the management of part-time vocation teacher is not perfect, this paper attempts to Tianjin vocational school part-time teacher management survey, put forward a sound Tianjin vocational school part-time teacher management strategies, the promotion can be utilized for other provinces experience.This study is divided into three parts. The first part is an introduction, including the issues raised, the significance of the study, analysis of relevant research, research methods and so on. The second section through questionnaires, interviews and other methods to get the city’s part-time teachers of teachers basic information and understand the real situation of Tianjin Vocational part-time teachers. The third part describes the main experience of developed countries and the recommendation that a total of four points, first, improve the management system, the part-time teacher of teachers included long-term planning. Second, enterprises should shoulder social responsibility, and actively participate in vocational education. Vocational education to further clarify business responsibilities and obligations. Third, the school part-time teachers equal treatment of part-time teachers. Fourth, the research group for part-time teachers to use their talents,make it short.
