Vocational education stable and healthy development plays a crucial role in the economic take-off. The aim of secondary vocational education is to train and educate many excellent practiced people for our country with first-step for the first line to produce, govern, make, and serve. The country level vocational education center is the important part of secondary vocational education. Part-time faculty has the inestimable function to the train applied talents of the country level vocational education center. So the part-time faculty management is very important.This article takes"the part-time faculty management"as the logical master line. Through the investigation of current situation of the part-time faculty management, we will discover problems, analysis causes and put forward some suggestions on the base of reference of overseas successful experience. The full text is divided into three parts.The first part is introduction. This part relates the background of the research reviews the current results of research done at home and abroad, analyses the necessity of this paper. At last, it introduces the train of thought and the methods.The second part is the summary of the part-time faculty management. In this part, we commences from the basic concept of"part-time faculty and"and"the country level vocational education center", clarifying the feature of part-time faculty. On the base of the theoretical foundation of this paper and relative policy of part-time faculty, we analyses the principle of the part-time facility management.The third part discusses current situation and problem of the part-time faculty management. There are two surveys between students and the country level vocational education center. Objective to understand the construction of part-time faculty and current situation of management, we make the two surveys. We will present an analysis of existing problems and their causes.The last part of this paper studies the countermeasures against the problems above. It introduces the basic situation of part-time faculty management in the developed countries. With these experiences as references, the paper presents some suggestions for our part-time faculty management in the country level vocational education center from four aspects. Such as recruiting, the salary structure benefits, performance evaluation, professional development and so on.
