The previous studies revealed that there were different personalities in different countries and different nationalities. Parents are the first teacher of the children, and they are the pathfinder of the children. The ideas that the parents hold, and the important facets that are important in parents'minds, will influence the development of the children. Whether parental educational values influenced children directly, or there is a bridge between them? This study started from the core of culture----values, investigated the path of parental educational values and the pupils'personality, and examined the mediating effects of parenting style.The previous studies of educational values focused on theoretic levels, and the empirical studies is less than theoretical studies, but more studies are focused on infants or children. Researchers in our country did some studied ever, and most studies used social investigation or qualitative analysis, the quantitative analyses are less.This study included three small studies, study 1 determined the hypothetical structure of parental educational values through open-ended questionnaire and structured interviews, and developed"self-rating questionnaire of parental educational values of pupils"and conducted Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis to determine the final structure of parental educational values, and examined the reliability and validity of questionnaire; Study 2 translated the three questionnaires into Mongolian using back-translation, and examined the reliability and validity of three questionnaires to ensure the Applicability in Mongolian subjects; study 3 probed the relations among parental educational values, parenting style and personality in two nationalities.The results were showed as follows:1 Pupils'parental educational values is composed of independence, hardiness, good behavior, knowledge and relationship. Self-developed questionnaire had good reliability and validity, so it can be used in following study.2 The three translated questionnaires have good reliability and validity too, it can be used in measuring Mongolian subjects as effective tools.3 Nationality moderated the relations between the dimensions of parental educational values (independence, hardiness, good behavior, knowledge and relationships) and the dimensions of pupils'personality (Intelligent features, self-control, extraversion and pro-social natures).4 Parenting style (overindulgence, democracy and indulgence) is the mediator between parental educational values (good behavior, knowledge and relationships) and pupils'personality (Intelligent features, self-control, and pro-social natures).
