A Study On The Construction Of Lanzhou Public Cultural Service Facilities In Rural Areas

There are 1.3 billion people in china and 900 million of them are in rural areas. Issues related with agriculture, farmer and rural area in China's socialist construction has a very important position. With the advancement of the new rural construction, the whole of society pay more attention to the rural areas once again, especially in rural development, agricultural growth and the livelihood of farmers. As an important indicator for the development of the countryside, rural public culture is attracting more and more attention in the community. Therefore, it is the improving of public cultural facilities in rural areas and building rural public cultural service system that will definitely play an important role in the construction of the public culture system. Based on the background, we have carried out some research on the construction of Lanzhou public cultural service facilities in rural areas in this paper.In this work, we have researched the rural public cultural service facilities, discussed the practical significance of it, redefined the public cultural facilities in rural areas and clear the construction of public cultural facilities in rural as the main responsibility of the government. In view of the experience of it at home and abroad, we investigate a typical case of it in Gaolan country of Lanzhou City, and rationally analysis the problems. Through the research, we can find that the scientific development concept, innovation and sound institutional mechanism to safeguard must be taken to guide the construction of public cultural facilities in rural areas, so that the government of Lanzhou City will get to the heart of that promoting the construction of public cultural facilities in rural areas...
