Therefore, the government had to expand the scope of war risk insurance,and at the same time launched land-war risk insurance,insuring the stored goods,production implements and constructions that are linked with the maintaince of the whole nation . The successful operation of the war-time military insurance and its outstanding function of gaurantee won widespread social recognition, and expanded the impact of cause of insurance. Furthermore, as a dazzling part of the anti-aggression history ,the launch of the war-time military insurance provided important guarantee for the transfer of coastal factories and mines ,and the normal operation of the agricultural and industrial production in the hinterland as well.
