International Non-Governmengtal Organizations'Development And Influence In Central Asia

After the Second World War, especially since the sixties and seventies of the 20th century, with the rapid appearance of lots of various New Social Movements, the Non-Governmental Organizations participate in more and more activities in international politics and begin to play a noticeable role day by day. Telecommunication revolution and the application and popularization of intemet are the technological foundation and tool; the decline of authority of nation states in fact boosts the development of international non-govemmental organizations.The non-governmental organizations (NGOs) have rapidly sprung up in the world, bringing up a series of influence and impact to the international society.As the third power, which is different from the states and the governmental or ganizations,NGOs act to promote the democratization of international relationship and international legalsystem.However,there also some dangerouse lements fostered in their triangle relationships.On the surface, some of the NGOs are not in the control of the government;however,they are another form of the governments'expansion and extension.From Georgia, Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan, They plotto over throw the government peacefully by election.From behind the scenes, among all has the international Non-Governmental Organization to participation.The international NGOs led by USA, manipulateand force the colour revolutions.NGOs played an important role in the social and political developmentinCentralAsia.ThispaperdiscussesInternationalNon-GovernmentalOrganizations'Development and influence in central Asia; the government policy of several Central Asia states towards NGOs.It concludes that the main trends of the relations between states and NGOs. The article pointed out facing up with internationalNon-GovernmentalOrganizations'rapiddevelopment, we are not only enhance its studies on the international Non-Governmental Organizations, China organizations but also help to the inter actions among these organizations in an active and proper way.
