The 21st century is the time of the competition among highly qualified talents. Whichever country possesses them, its science and technology will surly be lead in the world. This is the era that calls for education to produce the highly qualified talents. In China, great importance is attached to the cultivation of talents. All levels and all types of schools are requested to develop highly qualified talents by means of quality education. Today's college students live in a violently changing era, in which the development of economy, intensity of competition, the conflicts of cultures causes the life styles and values changing substantially.
