| Background The psychological quality of college students is an important part of quality education.The state has paid great attention to the psychological quality education of college students since the implementation of quality education in the country.The psychological quality of college students is a hot issue in domestic and foreign experts,scholars and educators at home and abroad in recent years.But most of these researches are confined to theoretical construction,which has not been empirically analyzed.The definition and structure of psychological quality of college students are still unable to achieve unity.In the actual measurement,the measuring tool is not uniform,can not adapt to the psychological quality of college students.Objectives To investigate the definition of mental quality of college students,to explore the structure of college students’ psychological quality,and evaluation of the status quo,analysis;put forward solutions and to examine the positive psychology to improve the effectiveness of college students’ psychological quality.Methods This study analysised and discussed on the structure,the current situation and the improvement of the psychological quality of college students based on the literature review,the combination of theoretical research and empirical research method.This study includes 3 items.At first,developed a questionnaire of college students’ psychological quality with good reliability and validity through the methods of literature analysis,expert interviews,item analysis,exploratory factor analysis and other methods.The questionnaire was used to evaluate the psychological status of 832 college students,and investigated the characteristics of their psychological quality,and studyed the correlation between psychological quality and self efficacy and well-being.Finally,discussed the role of positive psychology in improving the psychological quality of college students through the intervention experiment of 118 college students who have been tested positive group counseling,Results Study one: The split half reliability of the questionnaire of college students’ mental quality is 0.886,the homogeneity reliability is 0.936,the test retest reliability is 0.741,which shows that the questionnaire has good reliability.Questionnaire using UPI as the criterion,the correlation coefficient r=-0.488,p<0.01,indicating that the questionnaire and UPI scale has a moderate degree of correlation;The correlation between each dimension and the total questionnaire is between 0.894 and 0.646,and the content validity was good;The correlation between each dimension of the questionnaire was between 0.645 and 0.379,which was lower than the correlation between each factor and the total questionnaire.It shows that there are differences and links between the various dimensions of the psychological quality of college students.It has the relative independence,and the good structure validity.Study two: The psychological quality of college students and the scores of each dimension are higher than the theoretical average value.There are significant differences in the psychological quality and its dimensions in the gender,the location of the account,whether the only child.The psychological quality of college students and the various dimensions has correlation(p<0.01)with self-efficacy and happiness.Study three: Before the experiment,the experimental group and control group had no significant difference in the psychological quality,self efficacy and subjective well being of college students.After the experiment,the experimental group and the control group were significantly different(p<0.001)in the psychological quality of college students and interpersonal communication,emotional control,coping style factors,self-efficacy and subjective well-being.After the experiment,the control group had no significant difference in the psychological quality of the college students and their self efficacy and self efficacy,and there was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group,In the experimental group,there were significant differences in the psychological quality of college students and social interaction,emotional control,coping style factors,self-efficacy and subjective well-being(p<0.05).Conclusions1.Self compiled college students’ psychological quality questionnaire has good reliability and validity.2.The psychological quality of college students and the scores of each dimension are higher than the theoretical average value.Psychological quality and its dimensions in the gender,the location of the account,whether there is a significant difference between the only child.There was a significant positive correlation between college students’ psychological quality and self efficacy.3.Positive group counseling has obvious promotion effect on university students’ mental quality and self-efficacy,subjective well-being. |
