| Objective: To understand the mental health level of Freshmen in a university,and explore the intervention effect of Outward bound group intervention on the total score of SCL-90 scale in college freshmen.Method: A questionnaire survey was conducted in a university freshman,issued a total of 3742 copies of 90 questionnaires(SCL-90).According to the test results,and with the consent of the consent,the use of convenience sampling method,the total score of the SCL-90 scale is higher than the national norm of the students a total of 80 people as the research object.80 subjects were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received normal college education and life,the intervention group received the normal university students in education and life based on the acceptance of the expansion of training group intervention.The evaluation was conducted by using self compiled general demographic questionnaire,SCL-90 symptom self rating scale and college students’ psychological quality scale.Results:(1)A total of 70 subjects completed all the data collected in the group,37 cases in the intervention group,33 cases in the control group.The general demographic data of the two groups were comparable,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)Before outward bound,the intervention group and the control group of students between two groups among SCL-90 and college students’ mental quality scale scores and the factor scores showed no significant difference(P>0.05).(3)The psychological intervention before and after the implementation of the intervention group and comparison group in the control group of students:The intervention group,the intervention of SCL-90 total score and each factor score was lower than that before the intervention,and the differences were highly significant(P < 0.01)。After the intervention of College Students’ mental quality scale score and six quality component scores were higher than those before intervention,especially the total score,interpersonal management quality and quality of psychological motivation two quality component table score difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);In control group,the difference between the measured SCL-90 total score and factor scores were not statistically significant before and after(P>0.05);College Students’ psychological quality scale of each factor score did not change the consistency,there was no significant quality score 4 subscales and 16 factors(P>0.05).(4)After outward bound,the intervention group were lower than the control group in the SCL-90 score and each factor scores,Score difference between the two groups before and after,The total score of two groups and the difference of each factor were statistically significant(P < 0.05);Comparison of scores of two groups before and after the psychological quality of College students,Self confidence and sense of responsibility two factors have statistical significance(P < 0.05),Other factors had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusions:(1)The psychological problems of the freshmen in the detection rate is relatively high.(2)the SCL-90 Scale total score higher than the norm of the freshmen to expand the training intervention can reduce their psychological symptoms,improve the level of psychological health,enhance the psychological quality.(3)Outward bound has a positive effect on the improvement of College Freshmen’s psychological quality,especially in the sense of responsibility and self-confidence. |
