On The Education About College Students' Harmony Of Psychological Quality

The college is paying more attention to quality education in the field of theory and practice in order to adjust to the needs of modern society. The brand-new goal in the institution of higher learning is to develop the stundents' comprehensive quality. Psychological quality is the key factor in quality stracture and the education of psychological quality is the foundation of college's educations. However it still is a new field and there is no scientifical education mechanism in college. This author is trying to explore the harmony of Psychological quality on the basis of theory of harmonious educations. Depending on the fully understanding about the present situation characteristic and affecting factors of college stundents' psychological quality. This article puts forward the goal and principles of education of psychological quality emphasizing on it's value explaning it's rich contents and establishing the mechanism of psychological quality from 5 aspects : the mental consulting center, the teaching system, enviormental system, the managing system, self-education, to achieve the dynamic balance harmonious development of college students' psychology.
