Ta Kung Pao And The Movement Of Young Intellectuals Join The Army

This dissertation based on some reports and comments about the young intellectuals from Ta Kung Pao between 1943 and 1946, in the view of the newspaper openly published in the KMT-ruled area,examines the movement promoted by the kuomintang Government in the end of anti-Japanese war, in order to understand the movement from the new view, so that we can look at the polices of kuomintang Government and the results of the movement objectively. The thesis can be divided into three parts:preface,text and conclusion.In preface, the author will introduce the meaning of the subject,the recent studies about the theme, and the innovations in the dissertation.The main part of this dissertation can be divided into three parts:In the first part ,the author will analynize the backgrounds of the movement,and the reasons of the propaganda about the movement by Ta Kung Pao, which repotes the whole movement in a independent view.The author will find their thoughts between the lines.As Chinese dignitaries and common people understand the social public opinions'window, Ta Kung Pao completely track this report in the end. The author tries to step out of the evaluation of the historical events,With it's journal of independent of party political observations and attitude, To further understand the perspective about this movement.In the second part, the author will analyse the propaganda from the four dimensions ,such as the spiritual advocation, live broadcasts, the measures about the enrollment , following the trail of retired soldiers . Because of the news of publicity mainly from the society, and feedback to the society,it shows us an another picture of the national government political propaganda from the intellectual young join the army movement. And at that time this movement truly reflects a social morale.In the third part,the author will expound the stand of Ta Kung Pao in the propaganda and the influence of the propaganda. The analysis of main position is from two aspects to unfold. About the role, it is mainly through the propaganda to find the whole society and the changes of government. In conclusion, the author will speak highly of the propaganda from Ta Kung Pao.The common knew the movement accurately through the propaganda, besides ,the stand of Ta Kung Pao, following the political direction of the govement and independent of the politic,make sure that the newspaper can represent the interests of the public,and the movement came to the end successfully.
