Study On Mechanism Of Clinical Study On Promoting Wound Healing After Operation Of Perianal Abscess With Shengji Yuhong Ointment Gauze

Objective:Through the clinical experimental study of Shengji Yuhong ointment gauze to promote wound healing after operation of perianal abscess,the efficacy and safety of Shengji Yuhong ointment gauze were evaluated scientifically and objectively,so as to verify that the effect of dressing change of Shengji Yuhong ointment gauze after operation of perianal abscess was better than that of MEBO gauze.Methods:Sixty patients with perianal abscess after operation were selected and randomly divided into two groups by simple random sampling(random number table),namely,Shengji Yuhong ointment gauze group and MEBO gauze group.Before treatment,the age,sex and wound area of 60 patients were tested by statistical method.If the results showed that the two groups were basically the same before treatment,there was no significant difference,then the two groups were comparable.The same basic treatment and dressing change methods were given after operation.The degree of incision pain,the amount of wound secretion,the edema of wound margin and the appearance time of neoepithelium were observed and recorded on the 3rd,7th and 14 th day after operation.The experimental data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software.The counting data were tested by X2 test and the measurement data were tested by t test.If P < 0.05,the data have statistical difference.Results:There were significant differences in incision pain,wound secretion volume,edema of wound margin and the time of neoepithelium appearance between Shengji Yuhong ointment gauze group and MEBO gauze group on the 3rd,7th and 14 th day after operation(P< 0.05).The results showed that the Shengji Yuhong ointment gauze group was superior to the MEBO gauze group in alleviating incision pain,reducing wound secretion,reducing wound margin edema and accelerating the appearance of neoepithelium.There were no adverse reactions and side effects in clinical observation.Conclusion:By comparing the two groups in treating the wound healing after the operation of perianal abscess,it is proved that Shengji Yuhong ointment gauze has theadvantage of promoting the wound healing after the operation of perianal abscess.
