Clnnical Research On Treating Cavitas Pelvis Caused By Endomentriosis With Yitongxiao Capsule

Objective:To observe the curitive effect of Yitongxiao Capsule on abdominal pain which was caused by endometriosis (adenomyosis included) during the menstrual period, analysis the recipe feature and discuss the curitive mechanism of the recipe from the prostaglandins and neuropeptides, provide new TCM treatment of this refractory disease in gynecology .Methods:70 standard cases were divided into 3 groups: experimental group ( 30 patients ) were treated with Yitongxiao Capsule;chinese medcine control group(20 patients) were treated with Sanjie Zhentong capsule; western medcine control group(20 patients) were treated with Fenbid capsule, all groups were treated for 3 months. Clinical symptom improvement, scores of dysmenorrhea, and TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1α,β-EP in plasma were all observed before and after the treatment. The data getted were then established into a new database and analysised by SPSS 17.0.Results:The effect rate of dysmenorrhea remission of experimental group, chinese medcine control group, western medcine control group were 90%, 75% and 40%. There was no statistical significance between experimental group and chinese medcine control group, but experimental group was better than western medcine control group(P<0.01). The total effect rate about the score of symptom improvement in TCM of the 3 groups were 100%,95% and 30%.Experimental group and chinese medcine control group had no statistical significance, but experimental group had better curative effect than western medcine control group(P<0.01). After 3 months treatment, there was no difference among the 3 groups in clinical symptom improvement and scores of dysmenorrhea(P>0.05). 1 month after the treatment end, experimental group had better curitive effect than western medcine control group(P<0.01), but the same curitive effect as chinese medcine control group. Experimental group was better than western medcine control group(P<0.01) in TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1αreduction, there was no significant difference(P>0.05) between experimental group and chinese medcine control group. Moreβ-EP elevated in experimental group than western medcine control group(P<0.01), but no statistical significance between experimental group and chinese medcine control group(P>0.05).Conclusions: Yitongxiao Capsule had exactly safe and non-side reactive clinical curative effection in treatment of dysmenorrhea which was caused by endometriosis.TCM had better long-term curative effect in dysmenorrhea remission that reflected TCM's feature and advantage.
