Clinical Evaluation On The Treatment Of Endometriosis With Ke Tong Capsule

Basing on the understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the research development of the Mordern Medicine on EM , we consider that blood stasis is the main reason which causes the clinical symptoms of EM . Having many clinical experiences , Prosser Wang concluded an effective therapeutic medicine ?Ke Tong Capsule ( KTC ) which has been proved to have satisfying therapeutic effect on EM patients .To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of the KTC for the treatment of EM , we established the standard of quanlifmg the TCM symptoms according to the Evidence-based medicine theory and the GCP principle . Then we use this evaluation system to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the KTC . We observed the relief of the EM patients' clinical symptoms and the influence on EmAb , CA125 by the KTC . The results show : the KTC is a kind of effective medicine in clinical practice for treatment of EM ,which can relieve dysmenorrhea , reduce the tubercle and cyst , reinstate the normal menstruation period, decrease the CA125 levels and the EmAb positive rates , encourage the body's immune function .
